Keefer Lake Catskiing Terms & Conditions
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
25% non-refundable deposit, per person, is due upon booking.*
25% non-refundable deposit, per person, is due May 1.*
50% or remaining balance is due October 1.*
*In all cases full payment is due a minimum of 120 days prior to arrival date.
If final payment has not been received by the 120 day deadline, Keefer Lake Lodge reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice and re-sell the seat.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by guest
All deposits are non – refundable.
If you cancel more than 120 days before your trip, your deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable toward any new trip up to the end of the following season. It may not be used toward someone else’s payment on the same trip, but may be transferred to someone else purchasing a new booking.
If you cancel within 90 days of your trip, all money on account is non-transferable and non-refundable. For this reason we strongly suggest that all guests purchase cancellation insurance (see below).
If you cancel within 90 days of your trip and have paid in full for your trip, and if we find a replacement for your seat, you will a get 75% credit of what we can sell the seat for put toward another trip, valid only until to the end of the following season. Otherwise all money is non-refundable as per above.
Guests who cancel do have the option of finding a replacement to fill their seat. We will accommodate this at no extra charge if the guests transfer funds amongst themselves. All money on account will be transferred to the new person’s trip payment and will not be refunded to original seat holder.
Trip dates may be not be changed within 90 days of the trip.
No refunds are given for cancellations of any kind.
Cancellation by Gostlin Keefer Lake Lodge
In the rare case that skiing must be cancelled due to mechanical failure or severe weather issues, Gostlin Keefer Lake Lodge will provide ski credits ONLY for the time missed, which may be applied to another ski day(s) and is valid for up to two years from the date of cancellation. This credit is also transferable to another person.
We highly recommend you review your insurance coverage and needs prior to your trip as no refunds or credits will be issued.
For Non-Residents of BC Catskiing all of our catskiing packages include emergency medical and evacuation insurance to cover the costs incurred due to an illness or injury that requires hospitalization or a doctor’s visit. For BC Residents you may or may not have coverage under your existing health plan. We highly recommend you check your personal policies and coverage. Our provider Lifestyle Insurance is a member of HeliCat Canada and can provide you with the exact coverage you need.
Please spend a few moments to review and purchase Travel Cancelation Insurance. If you are concerned you may have to cancel for any reason – this is your only option to obtain a refund.
Release of Liability / Waiver
All guests are required to sign a liability waiver and assumption of risks document on arrival.
